We would like to hear from a CNA, LVN, RN-or HR Manager- who currently works at a nursing home, skilled nursing facility, rehab center, or acute care facility who has proof-an eyewitness account that their current employer's facility is so short staffed vital medical services are never properly rendered to patients-such as basic care, PT, or wound care.
Not only do patients suffer in situations like this-so do the taxpayers-because they paid for a service that they did not completely receive.
Special Note: The ideal candidate for us must have an eyewitness account that their long-term care workplace has been extremely short staffed for several years. Was your current workplace also super short staffed during Covid-2020-2021?
The federal government gave many-most long-term care facilities nationwide boat loads of money to ensure adequate staffing levels and equipment during Covid. Did you see an uptick in hiring staff at your long-term care facility during Covid-2020-2021?
Note-If this all sounds complicated-it is not. We will work with the whistleblower to make certain we have all the information we will need-so the whistleblower gets rewarded. We seek an honest articulate person who can get specific about short staffing at their facility-especially if they saw it happen in 2021-2022.
To get rewarded the whistleblower-eyewitness must still be working at the healthcare facility and have access to the facility.
* A temp might have specific information about numerous facilities that are extremely short staffed in their metro area-but they must be able to still access the facility-facilities.
* The whistleblower rewards for this type of information might exceed $200,000+
If you might know of a RN-HR Manager or Manager at a long-term healthcare facility in any US State that might have information about their facility being extremely short staffed-especially in 2020-2021---please share this ad with them. We would like to hear from them.
All Inquiries are Kept Strictly Confidential.
Medicare-Medi-Cal fraud costs US Taxpayers more than $100 billion dollars each year. Long-term healthcare facilities running extremely short staffed is a great way for the owners to make a lot more money. Blowing the whistle on fraud on behalf of the taxpayer can be a very-very lucrative enterprise for a whistleblower.
