Position Available:
Patient Care Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Who are we looking for?
• The ideal candidate will have a background in an administrative role with strong computer proficiency and customer service
• Exceptional patient service and multi-tasking skills
• Active Listening skills
• High integrity
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy
• Proficient computer skills including Windows-based office programs. ex: Word, Excel, PowerPoint), e-mail, etc.
• STRONG communication and marketing skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to patients, fellow employees and referral sources through the coordination and administration of the front office activities, which include but are not limited to:
• Welcome people kindly and professionally as they enter the clinic
• Communicate anticipated wait times and/or delays in a timely manner
• Assist treatments with state of the art technology including LASER and TENSing therapies.
• Schedule next appointment for patients at check out and follow up with patients regularly to ensure follow-through of their treatment plans
• Turn over patient rooms in between patients, following Covid-19 Guidelines, stocking rooms and maintaining inventory
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic healthcare records on our patients
• Respond to patients' questions and expressions of concern
• Act as liasion between our patients and their referring treatment team (Referring MD, Worker's Comp Adjusters/Personal Injury attorneys)
• Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships
• Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you
• Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change
• Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results
• Perform other duties as assigned




Schedule:
We have two positions available with immediate start, following Interview process
Full time or part time availability
Full Time: 8 hour shift (Monday-Thursday or Friday)


Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
Ideally with some medical or biological knowledge background
