Schlicher Orthodontics is an established orthodontic, family practice who is looking for a new clinical assistant to join our tight-knit, fun, fast-paced orthodontic practice. We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, organized, and dependable individual who likes to work with adults, children, and a great team. Experience is not necessary for the right individual but you must be an RDA. We would be excited to train you.

We are passionate about offering excellent orthodontic treatment with integrity and authenticity, and we always put our patient's best interest above all else. Candidates for this position must exhibit these qualities as well. You must enjoy working with patients of all ages and must be comfortable speaking with parents.

Office hours are Monday-Thursday, with a half day Friday for this position.

Compensation: Competitive rate based upon experience
Required education: High school or equivalent
Required license or certification: RDA and X-Ray license

Duties Include (but not limited to):

Taking orthodontic records: Photographs, Intraoral scanning, 3D CBCT images
Managing 3D printing (Training available if no prior experience)
Fabricating orthodontic appliances in our lab
Managing instrument sterilization
Performing the duties of clinical assistant, as needed
Keeping the clinic running smoothly and on time
Assisting the doctor within the clinic to maintain an efficient workflow
Overseeing adherence to protocols for clinical procedures and sterilization procedures
Cover the front desk, when necessary

Skills/Abilities:

Experience with Ortho2 (preferred) or other practice management software
Job Type: Full-time
