We're LAT Intensive Outpatient Programs, and we're looking for specialized therapists to join our team in Marina del Rey. We offer intensive outpatient mental health services to clients with a variety of diagnoses, including schizophrenia, bipolar, OCD, and anxiety disorders. Our program is designed to help our clients achieve their mental health goals and live fulfilling lives.
As a specialized therapist with our program, you'll lead group psychotherapy sessions using appropriate treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. You'll also help clients develop mindfulness and coping skills to manage their mental health symptoms and prevent relapses. Your experience with substance abuse and mental health relapse prevention will also come in handy.
We're looking for therapists with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses, including severe mental illness. You should also be a licensed MFT or CSW or possess a certification in your area of specialty.
At LAT Intensive Outpatient Programs, we value our therapists and believe in providing a supportive work environment. You'll participate in periodic supervision meetings with our staff and receive compensation based on your experience.
