Downtown Los Angeles based consulting firm is hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Process and record customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding balances.
Prepare and send customer invoices and statements.
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on past due balances.
Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations.
Work with other departments to resolve issues related to customer accounts.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
This is a temporary to hire position with a salary of $50k -$55k plus great benefits.
