SUMMARY
Performs daily accounts payable and account receivable functions. Seeking a sharp, trainable and easy going individual who is a great communicator with high attention to detail. Hiring manager is seeking someone who can show longevity with previous employers.
*ON-SITE position. Flexible start hours.
*$65,000 Annual Compensation
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with vendors
Collection Calls
Customer Account Maintenance
Issuing and applying credit memos
Verify and enter all payables
Freight bill processing and auditing
Prepare account payables for month/year closings
Process check runs
Prepare various reports for Controller and CFO including rebates, refunds, etc.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT
Excellent attention to detail
Works well in a team environment
Able to work with a diverse group of people
EXPERIENCE
8+ years accounts payable/accounts receivable experience.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
