Blue Oak is an established preschool located on the westside of Los Angeles with a strong reputation for high-quality education and a mutually supportive work environment. An essential component of our school's culture is collaboration and community. Our teaching team is constructed of a combination of extremely gifted and dynamic educators with a passion for the field of ECE. We look for teachers to add a new lens, perspective and voice to our community. Teachers and administrators work in partnership as a cohesive and fully collaborative team.
We are looking for new and fresh perspectives.... also, someone ready learn with us! Blue Oak is a school... NOT a daycare or customer service. We are looking for excited and passionate teachers! New teachers are also welcome to apply. We are a school that values training and offers a lot of support for new educators in the field, or seasoned educators that might need training to successfully entire an environment with a different philosophical approach.
Required:
- Must love children!
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team
- Fingerprint clearance as required by the state of CA from the FBI and the DOJ
- All medical and Immunization requirements per the state of CA
- Reliable and conscientious. Every team member must support and show up! This is a non-negotiable for our team!
- Full and Part - Time (minimum of 25 hours a week) is available
