Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a part of the Business Operations & Customer Success function at Nymble with some of your responsibilities being :
Lead product demonstrations at events, customers' homes, and our Nymble experience centers. Your aim is to generate enthusiasm and encourage people to pre-order the product. You'll be responsible for everything from setting up the booth, prepping the ingredients needed for the demos to actually sealing the deal!
Execute the on ground operations work around ongoing pilots of the product in the Bay Area. This includes handling things like preparing and shipping spares/ replacements, managing supplies, etc.
Get in touch with any vendors and/or suppliers to ensure we have the logistics in place for carrying out the demos and/or the ongoing pilots of the product.
Position Requirements
Operational Efficiency: Manage on-ground tasks, logistics, and supplies for ongoing pilots.
Engaging Presenter: Lead captivating demos, drive enthusiasm, and secure pre-orders.
Love for food(!): Executing high quality demos for a food robot requires you to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, testing (tasting!) out recipes for demos + preparing the ingredients needed to run the recipes!
Adaptable: Flexible in dynamic environments.
Problem Solver: Quick thinker, adept at addressing issues.
