We are seeking a talented and friendly Sales Associate to join our team at Great Labels in Santa Monica.
If you have a creative flair, a keen eye for designer fashion, and love helping others feel confident and stylish, then this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding the perfect high-end pieces that fit their individual style and budget.
Provide exceptional customer service by offering fashion advice, help with fittings and suggesting outfit pairings.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized
Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends, designers, and brands to offer knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards and gift certificates.
Requirements:
Previous retail experience particularly in high-end or luxury fashion is highly desirable.
A genuine passion for fashion and a strong knowledge of designer brands and trends.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with our established clientele and develop new relationships with first-time clients.
Strong communication skills to effectively covey fashion advice and product information to customers.
A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and the ability the thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to work Saturdays and occasional holidays,
