- What you do
As a solar team lead you will be responsible for assisting in the hiring and training of new reps in your region. We need people who can train on current solar programs, door pitch, sourcing prospects, canvassing etiquette and appointment setting. You will lead a team of 10-20 reps. The preferred candidate will be able to manage time accordingly and be able to knock with groups of reps at least 3-4 evenings per week. Your team will be setting up appointments for our closers. Team leads receive a percentage of commission for each rep on their team. This means income is directly proportional to the amount of training and motivation you provide. Commissions are high and they add up fast. This role can easily bring in 200k plus per year.

The state of California is reaching to achieve 50% solar coverage of electricity needs by 2025. As of now we are only at 16%. This means solar is growing faster than ever. More solar was installed last year than in the past 20 years combined. This is our time!
