Day-to-day

• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships by providing great customer service.
• Developing sales leads and scheduling appointments for insurance, taxes, and registration services.
• Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed.
• Process payments, renewals, and policy changes.
• Our agents are expected  responsibilities:to market and promote our agency.
• Clerical duties: data entry, inbound/outbound calls, sending/receiving emails and faxes, etc.

Requirements:

• The ideal Customer Service Sales Representative candidate will be self-motivated and take initiative to complete assigned tasks.
• Team player who comes into work every day with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Candidate must be willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• You must be determined and open minded to learning about insurance and how to achieve an excellent sales record.
• Preferred: Bilingual
• Must have reliable transportation, and willing to commute.
• Availability: Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
