Key Responsibilities:
*Assist customers in selecting the perfect used vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
*Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product knowledge to potential buyers.
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
*Close sales deals effectively.
*Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
*Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
*Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve overall dealership performance.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role is preferred but not required.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A passion for cars and a willingness to learn about the latest automotive technologies.
*Strong negotiation and closing skills.
*Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
*Valid California driver's license and DMV Occupational Sales License
*Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
