The areas largest distributor of pallet rack, shelving and warehouse equipment is looking for an experienced sales professional with at least 2 years experience in the Material Handling / Warehouse Equipment industry.

We are looking to add a highly motivated, positive individual to our team. This position is based on normal business hours 8AM to 5PM M-F and a company car is provided for use during business hours.
Background check and clean driving record required. Be drug free with experience selling warehouse pallet rack, shelving and equipment to apply.

Duties:
- Conduct inside / outside sales activities to generate new business and expand market presence
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the territory of the Greater Sacramento area
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Skills:
- Proven experience in inside and/or outside sales in the material handling field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes

Compensation: $30 per hour. Commissions paid after 90-day probationary period.
