Interviewing and hiring successful candidates- Closers only!
New hire training, ongoing and up training
Coaching and mentoring for success
Driving performance through motivation and positive morale affecting initiatives
Counseling and correcting misbehavior and/or poor performance
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to corporate management
REQUIREMENTS
Works independently, with little oversight
Comfortable working in a technology driven company and web based applications
Familiar call center operations and VOIP Call distribution
10 - 15 Yrs. Sales experience
7 – 10 Yrs, in a sales management position.
