We're looking for talented and skilled individuals to join our team and help us continue to push the boundaries. We have several open positions available, including:
APPRENTICE: We’re looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our dynamic and growing team as an apprentice. As an apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced plumbers to learn the trade from the ground up and develop your skills. Perform tasks reasonably related to the position and as directed by Facilities Plumbing and Drain.
TECH 1: We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and skilled individual to join our dynamic and growing team as Tech 1. As the TECH 1, you will perform the following services: toilet/urinal services, drain cleaning services, and garbage disposals. Perform tasks reasonably related to the position and as directed by Facilities Plumbing and Drain.
TECH 2: We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and skilled individual to join our dynamic and growing team as Tech 2. As the TECH 2, you will perform the following services: Drain pipe repairs 2 and below, shower valve services, faucets, tank water heaters, and valve replacement. Perform tasks reasonably related to the position and as directed by Facilities Plumbing and Drain.
TECH 3: We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and skilled individual to join our dynamic and growing team as Tech 3. As the TECH 3, you will perform the following services: Pipeline repairs, Backflow repairs, Excavation/wall access, Confined spaces, Gas lines, Sewer camera/locating, Hydro jetting, Sump pumps, Tankless water heaters, Pipe burst, Filtration and Drinking fountains. Perform tasks reasonably related to the position and as directed by Facilities Plumbing and Drain.
TECH 4: We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and skilled individual to join our dynamic and growing team as Tech 4. As the TECH 4, you will perform the following services: Riser pumps, Nitrogen lines, Boilers, ACV valves, Pipe freezing, Flex gas pipe, and Backflow repacement repacement Perform tasks reasonably related to the position and as directed by Facilities Plumbing and Drain.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or GED certificate; completion of a vocational school certificate program, associate degree, or apprenticeship.
• Valid driver's license.
• Relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the trade.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (must be able to lift 80lb), bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work with all types of people in varying conditions.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
SALARY:
APPRENTICE : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
TECH 1 : $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
TECH 2 : $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
TECH 3 : $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
TECH 4 : $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
*Salary will depend on the experience of the candidate.
