Objective
We are seeking a Market Developer to recruit potential partners for our eXp realty team and promote private lending program. The ideal candidate is a team player who is result-driven and takes initiative to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a point of contact to build business relationships for eXp TransGlobal team recruitment, private lending marketing, property tax reduction program
2. Approach potential prospects with outreach activities: cold calling, marketing events, and in-person visits
3. Promote company’s all-in-one service platform to various business professionals as part of recruiting efforts
4. Participate in private lending and real estate events, set up booth displays, distribute brochures and flyers
5. Communicate with regional offices to identify needs and design recruiting strategies for market developments
Requirements:
1) At least 3 years of experience in real estate, licensed in Real Estate Salesperson
2) Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
3) Ability to maintain professionalism with effective verbal and written communications
4) Ability to key decision making under crucial circumstances
5) Outgoing, sociable, and people-oriented personality with friendly demeanor
6) Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management skills, and client-servicing mindset
7) Flexible to changes and adaptive to new environments
8) Desire for growth opportunities and open to ongoing trainings
9) Traveling is required to attend events and visit potential prospects
Benefits
• Starting $3,800 ~ $5,000/mth depend on experience, will raise if pass probation
