We are looking for experienced auto insurance agents.
Call Center Representatives that accurately provide quotes and close the sale of our well-known Car Insurance brands to both our current and new customers.
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to get the customer the coverage they need.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of conversations in our agency management system in a comprehensible way
Be teachable with on-the-job training and frequently attend educational meetings to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
Previous experience in auto insurance.
Track record of over-achieving quotas
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening (bilingual in Spanish always a plus but not a requirement)
Proficient with the computer and internet, familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree or higher
