2000 Dodge Durango, 5.7L V8, 2WD. Owned since new. Registered, tuned up, just passed SMOG! A great choice for anyone who loves outdoor adventures like surfing and camping. Its ample interior space provides plenty of room for all your gear, and the roof rack makes it easy to bring along your boards and other equipment. Plus, with three rows of seats, you can take all your pals with you. The third and second row seats fold flat for your sleeping pleasure and make it easy to stow a 10’ longboard (and a bevy of others,) no problem. I retired my Durango to a life of ease about 10 years ago, so it has only been making occasional jaunts to the beach or local campsites (and the occasional corvette rescue.) I thought I was keeping it forever, so I had the front end fully rebuilt ($2k, ouch) and put on new BFG all-terrain tires a couple of years ago. I truly think these Durangos are modern classics. I love the styling. I am only selling because I bought a classic woodie, which makes the Durango redundant (read: wife is mad.) Cons: -Clear Coat is peeling, other scrapes and dings from a life well-lived; -Electric locks need attention (common Durango problem); and -Rear Passenger window doesn’t roll down.
