Hello,
I'm looking for someone for my nice little house in the redwoods of Los Gatos. This house is 750sf on 1.5 acres and regularly rents for $3,100 plus utilities, but for the right person under the right circumstances you and your dog/cat/etc could have it to yourself for much less. There's lots of privacy, fresh air, and big trees. 8 minutes to LG downtown shops+dining, 15 minutes to Netflix, 25 to Infinite Loop.
The large property has another address accessed via separate driveway that the retired owner will be using for storage including an Airstream and garden tools and will be visiting from time to time. This means there is a shared aspect to this overall property arrangement, but that should make no difference to the right person and their well-behaved dog, though. The house is being offered partially furnished with all utilities including internet in service.
