Private guesthouse for one person. Short term, month to month. Two rooms divided by a partial permanent wall. Rooms are approx. 12x14. Two nice sized closets. The furniture in the picture is not current. There is a twin bed, pull out couch, and dresser. There is NO kitchen but there is a large fridge/freezer and microwave. Hot plates and electric skillets are allowed. Located above Glenoaks towards the hills in a great area. Very safe, plenty of street parking. Sorry, no pets.
$850 (price is low due to lack of formal kitchen)
$50 utilities which cover internet, electric, gas, water, garbage, washer/dryer ($20 utilities during hot months)
