A LITTLE ABOUT US: We are a family of 4 with 2 teens and owners of the property, and renting out our backyard guest cottage that is currently underutilized. The ideal tenant for us is someone who is quiet, unobtrusive and mature, who will respect our privacy as we will respect yours. We would prefer a dog lover as we have a friendly collie that has free access in the backyard.
