I have a fully furnished cottage available December 1, 2023 on a month to month basis. The rent is $2200/month including utilities. It is located near both 880 and 680 freeways and is within walking distance of the new Southern Fremont BART station and Tesla plant. It is very private surrounded by fruit trees and redwoods. The cottage is located behind the main house. It has a private locked entrance gate. It is being rented for single occupancy only no exceptions. It is approximately 400 square feet with a full kitchen and plenty of storage. Off street parking. Sorry no motor cycles.
The cottage is perfect for someone who commutes or someone who works nearby and wants to come home to a private, quiet living space. Not suitable for a work at home arrangement and not a place for parties or loud music. There is a laundry room on the property. It has a very comfortable Murphy bed with a new mattress that can be folded out of the way when desired. It has Granite countertops in the full kitchen and loads of charm. Wifi available, however if not adequate speed tenant is responsible for setting up their own streaming and internet provider. No smoking, vaping or drugs anywhere in or around property. Sorry no pets of any kind allowed
