But, can be rented unfinished as well. Kitchen was completely remodeled, all new carpet and bathroom flooring. It is completely separate from the other unit downstairs. Walking distance to downtown.

Month to month is okay. But, ultimately looking for a longer term tenant. Owner lives downstairs.
