We are an actively growing Security and Investigations firm located in and around Sonoma County, CA. We have immediate openings for two guards who can work contracts in Napa, CA. Ability to work all shifts is a plus, especially graveyards. We are hiring for full-time and part-time. To be considered, candidates must have an active Guard Card,* be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid Driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check. Clean DMV record is preferred as we have patrol shifts that require coverage at times.
Currently, we have “fixed-site” shifts, patrol shifts and event security shifts. We serve the most vulnerable populations in Sonoma County. Therefore, the ideal candidate is customer service focused, has some basic medical training and understands trauma-informed care. Individuals who have worked in and among facilities that support behavior or mental health residents and clients are also great candidates. Our shifts are varied, active and require adept individuals who can think quickly on their feet.

Our wages are competitive, and frequently we hire candidates at $1-3 more per hour than their current wage.
