The Security creates a safe environment for all guests and for staff. They are responsible to ensure that all structures for the liquor license and dance license are followed and kept up. They are responsible for id’ing and maintaining the cleanliness of the business. They will be observing inside and outside of the business and take on conversations with guests. Goal for Security is to have foresight for future incidents. If an incident occurs Security is responsible to make sure it is cleared up in a calm and timely manner. Also to communicate any incidents or future incidents to the management team. Must be able to fill out forms daily. The Security is to have an upbeat and welcoming attitude to all guests and to be able to handle all situations in a calm professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:


Examining, analyzing, evaluating, security operations, inclusive of physical security
Preparing reports and records for management team
Identifying and resolving security related problems
Assisting in preparation of emergency management and contingency planning
Serving as the Company’s liaison with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies as it relates to security at the Company or its personnel

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Current Guard Card

Knowledge of principles and practices of security
Knowledge of functions and processes of carrying out programs
Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbally and in writing, with a diverse range of people, including the proper handling of emotional situations and needs
Effective use of time and resources to accomplish security program operations
Ability to analyze and independently resolve a variety of difficult situations and problems
Ability to work long irregular hours under pressure
