We are looking an operations manager strictly for our patrolling and Events division
We need you to work at our office in downtown LA 40 hrs a week including SATURDAY
your main job is to oversee the patrolling accounts
* Hits are done
* Monitor the patrol guards activity
* Emailing possible new accounts / follow up
* See for the weekend events to be properly staffed
Start at 10am end @ 6pm Tuesday to Saturday If you like additional hours on days off before or after your shift you are welcome to grab more either armed or unarmed
STARTING RATE FOR THIS POSITION $18.00 hourly this is more office work than field work
As part of your job you will be hiring new guards as needed basis to cover for events as well as looking on a daily basis for new patrolling accounts
Salary can be increase if you bring in more business but thats not a problem they come by itself
You must be a team player WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO BABY SIT NO ONE --- if you need to be micro manage DO NOT APPLY I do not need to be watching over you If you feel like this job is for you EMAIL ME RIGHT AWAY
Some experience in Operations is needed but A LOT OF COMMON SENSE is a must ---
