Have you ever noticed that all ads these days say the same things even though many times nothing in them is true?
We take a totally different approach. For instance let's talk about leads. How many ads talk about FREE leads. We all know that there is no such thing. Either they wack you for the cost after you run the leads and don't sell their poo-poo leads or they lower your commission to cover the cost but they certainly aren't free.
My next favorite is we have the best products.....not true. Pretty much just about all products are just spin offs on other products and it isn't very often something truly different comes along. We have some products that are different and I can't wait to tell you about them!
Then how about we have the best commissions. Once again not true. There are so many components to compensation that need to be figured in like bonuses, trips, etc and the carriers are only going to pay so much to the sales force. Our top level is 140% but how much of a difference does that really mean to you? You own your business, not the IMO! The business you write stays with you even if you left us.
WE GIVE YOU THE STRAIGHT SCOOP.....UP FRONT! Ask a question, you get the answer! You may not like it, but it is the TRUTH!
Our TRAINING? Better than Corporate America! What company do you know where the executives do all the training and bring in the carriers to train? No a lie! These individuals do not need to train their company and they do it to pay it forward. Who does that?
Last, but not least is we are totally transparent. We are up front and honest about we can do and what we can't/won't do. So if you are interested in that kind of work environment we should talk. (no license yet....we should still talk if you are looking for a real opportunity).
