Responsibilities
1. Review & evaluate our clients' health care plan needs
2. Make recommendations obtaining supplemental insurance &
3. Understanding their options for prescription drug, vision and dental
4. Independently work of data entry, e-filing, document scanning, and other
office duties as requested by the Department Director
5. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications
1) Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
2) Minimum 1 year of in health insurance field is preferred
3) Licensed in health insurance is a plus
4) Proficient in computer skills – MS Office: Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat
5) Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
6) Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professional phone etiquette
Salary & Benefits
• Starting $4,500 ~ $5,800/month depend on experience and location, will raise if pass probation
