Bounty Hunter is hiring a full-time Sales Coordinator to work closely with our Scout Team!

Summary of Position:
The Sales Coordinator contributes to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives (Scouts), coordinating sales activities, and maintaining superior customer relationships. Key responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction. The Sales Coordinator role requires excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills; and strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Support (45%)
• Support the sales team to improve their productivity by assisting with order uploads, overseeing storage agreements
and orders, and reviewing orders waiting on inventory and/or pending fulfillment.
• Process web orders, checking for correct pricing, discounting, and product information.
• Proactively update account information to ensure data cleanliness.
• Conduct outreach to existing club and service members to ensure correct payment information.
• Maintain organized sales records and reports.
• Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company’s services and products.
• Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
• Oversee the monthly order batching related to clubs, services, and storage.

Customer Service (45%)
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages, answering customer inquiries and providing updates related to
existing orders and club enrollments.
• Proactively inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Respond to customer service matters and provide after-sales support when requested.
• Oversee communications related to will call and return orders to ensure timely resolutions.

Coordination (10%)
• Assist in the preparation and organization of sales and promotional materials.
• Manage customer accounts by accurately capturing and entering client and lead data information into the company's Enterprise Resource Planning platform (ERP).
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and collaborate with other departments to identify and implement effective
solutions.

Education:
• College degree in business or other position-related discipline is desirable but not required.

Experience and Skills:
• Understanding of the sales process, preferably with customer service experience.
• Computer proficiency: web-based software experience (NetSuite knowledge a plus).
• Strong desire to provide superior customer service and cultivate relationships.
• Adept problem solver and critical thinker.
• Strong attention to sales and administrative detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task numerous projects at one time.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Team player with enthusiastic outlook and creative mind.
• Knowledge of our industry and a true passion for wine and spirits.
