compensation: $15-$20 Hourly Depending on Real Estate Experience

Real Estate Company looking for an organized administrative assistant to join the team in Pasadena, CA. The assistant’s responsibilities will include a variety of complex administrative support duties for the admin director.

Responsibilities

Answering phones, effectively taking messages and making follow-up phone calls

Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings and making arrangements

Assisting and preparing real estate related forms and documents

Preparing and distributing marketing materials

Maintaining and updating electronic and paper filing systems

Maintain a client data base and preparing reports

Assisting with closing processes

Performing other duties as assigned by the administrator director



Requirements:

High School Diploma

College education preferred

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Strong numeracy and organization skills

Critical thinking and problem solving skills
