SALES REPRESENTATIVE, OR MARKETING ASSISTANT

SDI Medi Lab Diagnostics Services is a clinical laboratory diagnostics company that is dedicated to Anti-Doping Testing and Drug Panel Testing, looking for a sales associate and marketing individual to promote our services.
SUMMARY
Supports and develops new client accounts by providing customer support to clients, and other departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services information on diagnostic Testing.
Provides sales materials upon request to customers in the field with Transportation and Factories Companies.
Describes SDI Medi Lab Diagnostic Services products and programs, including our mobile services, to customers.
Identify potential customers through various channels and contact them to introduce our services
Enter client information in the Sales Act database daily.
Maintain competencies required for the position and specific areas assigned.
Negotiate contracts with customers, build relationships, and close deals.
Prepare reports on sales activities for management.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and follow through on projects and assignments.

Sales Experience in Medical Field, Strong sales Skills,
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role

Ability to build relationships with customers.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Understanding of marketing principles

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Generally, requires 2 years of experience in a related medical customer service role. Healthcare, biotech, and/or medical setting are highly preferred. Computer literacy is essential with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidate should possess analytical and problem-solving skills; have very good verbal and written communication skills. The previous handling of inbound and outbound call center phones was preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of an organization. Ability to develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve basic problems while on the telephone. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to understand basic medical terminology as it relates to department and position.
