We are a very small company based in San Francisco / Southern Marin County. We are in the retail and design industry for those interested in this market, have a proven business model, and need a part-time Intern with a maximum budget of 10 hours per week to execute a new business development (customer prospecting) marketing plan.
Skills and duties required:

The right candidate will be active on at least a few social media platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok. However, our B2B focus will be execution of our plan on Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Our digital plan is to use automated Kennected.io software sitting on top of LinkedIn to send prospecting direct messages, with a fun short message and video clip. The video will be hosted on YouTube Shorts, and the viewer can get to the full video or our website from there. The training will be on Kennected.io prospecting of LinkedIn data, use of video in business development, modestly increasing our presence on Pinterest, and building and maintaining a sales lead database. This includes timely follow-ups on Kennected and LinkedIn to each prospect with more information to eventually secure a video call with a customer prospect of our business.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn an important part of digital business development - prospecting for new customers - and the underlying marketing strategies that support it.
In this role, you will be working directly with the company founders. The position can be remote, but may need a 2-3 hour in-person meetings in the early stages. Meeting location can be in San Francisco or Southern Marin County.
