POSITIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with Company and Customer’s IT Staff to properly and timely setup and configure Networks (LAN/WAN) as they apply to the operation of systems, and to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Work with Company Technicians to setup and install systems hardware and related infrastructure.
- Assist with Field Surveys for upcoming project estimates.
- Provide excellent on-site and/or remote support to clients with a variety of technical issues
- Assist with sales related to systems, support, and service.
- Investigate new system technologies and applications to better serve the Company and its customer’s needs.
- Ability to attend local and out-of-state training on software/security systems as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years computer/server support experience, willing to provide training on the software/application side
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred, but not required; other considerations will be an Associate Degree or related work experience.
- A+ NET+ and/or MCP certification is a plus
- Must have excellent communication and customer support skills
- Network maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- We need a self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
