We are a 5 Star Yelp Company looking for a medical equipment Delivery Technician to join our team. As a San Francisco based company specializing in rehab power wheelchair sales and service, we have an excellent reputation in the community. We need a person that prides themselves in providing quality service. We are looking for a candidate that enjoys problem solving, working with their hands, and helping people with their power mobility equipment needs. Prior experience is appreciated but not necessary for this position. If you possess a combination of technical problem solving with good customer service skills this may be the position for you. Experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Bilingual abilities is a plus. Responsibilities and Duties: Delivery and setup of equipment which includes training patients on the use, maintenance, and care of the equipment. Diagnose and repair equipment problems. Must be able to accurate assess problems and come up with the correct repair solutions. Maintain the equipment repair room. This includes keeping the work area clean and organized. Techs will be responsible for ordering parts and supplies. Maintain delivery vehicle. This includes keeping the vehicle clean and organized, vehicle logs up to date, and vehicle operating safely. Ideal candidates must possess a good driving record. We offer paid health benefits (full time employees), PTO (Paid Time Off) and paid holidays. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
