We have a salon station and treatment room available. We have a quaint beachy vibes salon and spa located on North Coast 101 in Leucadia. Our shop currently provides hair, skin, nails, waxing and massage by a group of independent contractors. We work together and enjoy the benefit of being in a beautiful coastal location. All Booth Renters have their own key access and make their own hours, use and sell their own product and have independent pricing.
Spa treatment room available for lease approximately 16x11-includes refreshments coffee, Wi-Fi and personal A/C. The space is quiet and secluded from the salon with closet for storage. Most ideal for massage, skincare or lashes, spray tanning or health related field. Unfurnished or partial with spa equipment if desired. Rent is $800per month for full time personal use or $65/ per day for part time share use.
Hair Station available for a passionate stylists looking to join a small professional team. Stations have a roomy work space with natural light and vaulted ceilings. This would be a great opportunity to build clientele within from cross referrals, walk-ins or bring your to bring your established business!
