Gym Manager/Personal Trainer/Sales Manager - San Diego, California, United States

We are looking for a motivated individual to manage our Mission Bay location. Our facility offers small group weight training classes for women and private sessions for men and women. The position pays salary and commission bonuses which can be discussed upon interview. We have provided a list of prerequisites that we are looking for to fill the position. Requirements:
2+ years fitness and/or sales industry
must be knowledgable with the fundamentals of personal training (corrective exercise, strength exercise, athletic/performance exercise)
must be friendly, work well with others, personable, high energy
must be able to manage facility, members and trainers
must be able to work with small group classes of women
must be able to make sales and meet quotas
must be able to work in the facility and remote (30-40 hours per week)
