We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist at Hot Diggity Dog Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Provide accurate information about our services, rates, and policies
Assist customers in making reservations, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries
Handle incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system, routing calls to the appropriate team members or departments
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
Maintain customer records and update information in our database
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
Requirements:
Passion for pets and a genuine love for dogs
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism, including phone interactions
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry, communication, and phone management
