We are a creative design build firm based between LA and NY. We are seeking an office and design assistant for part-time (possibly grow to full-time) for our LA office.. We are located just south of downtown LA and east of USC campus. The job will be in office, on job-sites throughout LA and partly work from home. Responsibilities:

-General Management of office facilities
-Site visits around LA
-Management & coordination with fabricators & buildings
-Office administration / organizing files
-Updating and managing project calendars
-Creating, updating and managing project spreadsheets
-Coordinating and liaising with vendors for product specifications and recommendations, quotes, samples, etc.
-Updating office contracts
-Maintaining office project files – regularly updating digital files and record logs
-Assisting in preparing project documents and drawings for client meetings and presentations
-Ordering, procuring and picking up materials
-Keeping production on schedule
-Communicating with vendors, clients, contractors
-Sending Invoices
-Driver license & vehicle

Requirements:
-Interest in design
-Organizational skills
-Proficiency in reading architectural drawings
-Proficient in Google Suite software, specifically Sheets
-Basic bookkeeping

Bonus skills:
-Spanish or other language fluency
-Design skills
