Seeking an optimistic and hard-working Interior Design Assistant/ Intern for our design studio.
CAD and PHOTOSHOP a must. 2 years experience each. This is the main job of this role.
High attention to detail is needed for this position, so please review all qualifications before submitting a resume.
We have an interior design studio in Manhattan Beach and service the surrounding areas. Applicants must have their own car and valid license to apply. Must have a go-to attitude as you will need to run small errands and be on location from time to time. The ultimate goal is to find the best and brightest talent to grow with our team. If you would like to develop your already good skill set, and work with a fun boss with high standards for excellence then this position could be right for you!
The only expectation is that you be dedicated to giving 100% your best, be punctual and dependable, listen, take notes, always meet your deadlines and never make excuses for mistakes but learn from them.
Requirements-
MUST be Proficient in Auto CAD
MUST be Proficient in PhotoShop
MUST have their own laptop with AutoCAD & Photoshop
MUST be able to draw floor plans, elevations, RCP & Switch Plans
Highly Organized-Detail Oriented
Must love dogs (Foxy is occasionally at the studio.)
Enjoys client interaction / not too shy-MUST be Social Media Savvy
MUST be available to work at least 2 days a week (currently a part-time position with room for growth)
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Flexible Schedule
Initial interviews will be conducted first by Zoom or Google Meet video call, then a second formal meeting will be in-person wearing masks and social distancing.
