Busy HVAC Company looking for a Full Time Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant to learn and grow with our company and be an integral part of our day to day operations.
What we're looking for:
• Reliable and Punctual
• Fluent English speaker
• Can work Saturdays
• Answering high volume of incoming phone calls, emails, taking messages and returning voice mail messages
• Scheduling service calls for techs by acquiring customer information and entering it into our scheduling system
• Other Administration duties as assigned
• Computer skills, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must have the ability to communicate with customers in a positive and helpful manner
• Knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required.
