We're filling the position of an EXPERIENCED DISPATCHER for a Growing, Thriving Heating Plumbing and Air company.
We are looking to hire immediately and have the need for a bright, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who can operate an effective profitable service team of 13 technicians.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
* Have the ability to assign the right tech to the right call
* Know where every tech is at every minute of the day
* Keep every customer on the call board updated throughout the day
* Know which calls are priority (revenue calls) and which are not
* Be able to handle 36 to 40 calls per day with precise focused customer satisfaction in mind
* Minimum of 3 year experience as a Dispatcher in Home Services (AC, Plumbing, Electrical etc)
* Dedicated to providing Superior Customer Service Experience
* Work effectively and proactively with minimal supervision
