We would like to hear from a CNA, LVN or RN who currently works at a nursing home, skilled nursing facility, rehab center, or acute care facility who has proof-an eyewitness account that their current employer's facility is so short staffed vital medical services are never properly rendered to patients-such as basic care, PT, or wound care.
Not only do patients suffer in situations like this-so do the taxpayers-because they paid for a service that they did not completely receive.
Special Note: The ideal candidate for us must have an eyewitness account that their long-term care workplace had only one CNA for 15-20 or more patients for most shifts----and this short staffing had to have been going on for at least a few years.
Note-If this all sounds complicated-it is not. We will work with the whistleblower to make certain we have all the information we will need-so the whistleblower gets rewarded.
To get rewarded the whistleblower-eyewitness must still be working at the healthcare facility and have access to the facility.
* A temp might have specific information about numerous facilities that are extremely short staffed in their metro area-but they must be able to still access the facility-facilities.
