Actually Have Fun at Work - Indy Animal Hospital Needs Smart, Kind, Pleasant, Positive Receptionist
Receptionist needed for a busy but super friendly small animal (dogs and cats) animal hospital. Experience at an animal hospital highly desired. Must know or learn a host of animal medical issues, including our vaccination policy.
Work involves communicating with clients (in person, phone, eMail and text), dealing with payments, scheduling, filing, and making up medications. Computer work includes using our practice software, filling on-line prescriptions for clients and submitting electronic health certificates.

Current schedule needs (which could possibly be changed) are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from around 7:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Compensation includes both hourly rate and bonuses.
Completing online CE offers additional compensation (we also pay you $ for completing approved CE courses).
