What you will be expected to do:
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and accurately describe features and benefits of various lenses and our frame lines.
- Comfortably explain eyewear prescription terminology to patients.
- Provide style-consulting and help customers choose the best glasses for their personal style, face type, and lifestyle.
- Provide accurate quotes for new glasses and contact lenses.
- Ensure flawless accuracy in taking and recording glasses measurements.
- Dispense prescription glasses and contact lens orders.
- Adjust and fit eyewear to each individual face.
- Process and track eyeglass, frames, and contact lens orders.
