California's Cannabis Regulations grant a medical cannabis M-Retail License Exemption for State Health Care Facility (HCF) Licensees that elect to provide cannabis services and products for their Clients.

The HCF License “Exemption” acknowledges the important role HCF licensees have in advancing health care services provided for patients with a physician approval for the medicinal use of cannabis.

The Medical Cannabis Caregivers (MCCDirectory.org) assists HCF Licensees in obtaining City and State approval to provide medical cannabis services and products under the M-Retail License “Exemption”.
