Growing fast paced paperless Workers' Compensation Defense Firm has an immediate opening for a full-time Reception/Mail Coordinator in our Pasadena Office. Must possess excellent spelling and organization skills.
Duties include:
• Answering Telephone Lines
• Open, sort, scan and complete initial indexing information on incoming mail
• Distribute mail to the assigned attorney on file
• Organize and maintain file room - storage of boxes and shredding records
• Operate a variety of office equipment, including computers, printers, copy machines, facsimile receiver/transmitter and mailing
• Prepare files for Calendar
• Medical Indexing
Experienced Workers’ Compensation File Clerks or Related Experience welcomed!
Requirements:
35 WPM+
Excel, Word Perfect, Word
Ability to take direction, make decisions, and multi task
Self-organized and detail oriented
Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment
