We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with at least 2 or more years of significant legal experience in one or more of the following areas: Civil Litigation, Family Law, Employment Law and/or Landlord Tenant Law. Spanish speaking a plus since we service a large spanish-speaking clientele.

Job Description
Candidate will work remotely, part-time. Must treat each case as their own with a passion for customer service.
Must be self-motivated and work well independently.
Work well with attorneys and staff supervisor to oversee case management.
Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters such as:
-- Dealing with clients
-- Drafting demand letters
-- Gathering records
-- Preparing and/or assisting with: Complaints, Law and Motion work, as well as with Discovery and/or helping an attorney prepare for trial.
You must be able to engage well with clients, staff, attorneys, and third parties, including opposing counsel.
Also, you...
-- Must be familiar with CLIO and/or other similar law firm management software platforms as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office.
-- Manage and meet task deadlines
-- Provide detailed notes in office case management system
-- Must be comfortable with a large caseload
-- Contribute ideas to further grow and develop the department
Requirements:
· 2 years of significant Paralegal experience a must
· Ability to take initiative and problem solve
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent phone skills
· Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
· Attention to detail
· Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required.
· Computer Requirements: Ability to type at least 45 WPM, use of Google products and internet
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Must provide strong references as this is a remote position
As mentioned, spanish speaking is a plus.
Bonus pay available based on performance. Possible growth with the firm into a full-time position based on performance and workload.
