Experienced Plaintiff's employment law firm looking for a pre-litigation demand writer for single plaintiff wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, and all other types of FEHA claims as well as wage and hour claims. Experience in employment demand writing preferred. Potential to also assist in litigation practice and other aspects of workload based on experience. Can be done virtually or in office.
