Experienced in nationwide foreclosure & Ch 13 Bk ? - Newport Beach, California, United States

Our office is highly experienced and very busy assisting homeowners defending foreclosure actions. You will be assisting us in emergency situations. Please be experienced in a high volume and high stress environment. Bonus if you have experience nationwide.

We are looking for experience in:

1. Drafting and filing complete emergency Ch 13 bankruptcies.

2. Sending notification of filing to the mortgage servicer and trustee.

3. sending various letters to mortgage servicer

There are a couple more tasks of filing that we will discuss if you have experience in if not we will train you since it’s fairly easy to do.
