Our office is highly experienced and very busy assisting homeowners defending foreclosure actions. You will be assisting us in emergency situations. Please be experienced in a high volume and high stress environment. Bonus if you have experience nationwide.
We are looking for experience in:
1. Drafting and filing complete emergency bankruptcies.
2. Sending notification of filing to the mortgage servicer and foreclosing trustee
3. sending various letters to mortgage servicer and trustee
4. Defending HOA foreclosure
5. Identifying true note holders
There are a couple more tasks of filings that we will discuss if you have experience in if not we will train you since it’s fairly easy to do.
